Project Overview.

Antoni Tzavelas is a training architect, agile coach, and owner of AntonIT, selling online technical training courses. Antoni had a large LinkedIn audience, but struggled to generate leads and sales for his courses, even though he was active and had good engagement on his posts. Tired of putting in the work and seeing no results, Antoni reached out to SHFT for help.

Antoni was spending a lot of time on LinkedIn with little to no results. He was creating posts every day, engaging, but wasn’t generating sales. People loved his content, but weren’t buying his online technical courses. The reason was simple. Antoni lacked the focus with his LinkedIn content needed to generate sales. His posts covered a wide range of topics except for the topic that mattered: Google Cloud. Antoni needed to find a way to be seen as a Google Cloud expert in the eyes of his ideal customers if he hoped to convert.

Step One


During our consultation, we helped Antoni nail down the focus that would drive sales of his Google Cloud courses.

Step Two


Then we developed a content strategy and listed post ideas that gave him clarity on the type of content to create each day. This strategy focused on one main topic with 2-3 pillar topics to brand him as a Google Course expert on LinkedIn.

Step Three


We finished up our time together by training Antoni on engagement and social selling tactics he could use to generate more sales.
